1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DRS Skills (the "Service"). By signing up or purchasing a membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase a membership.

3. Membership

The lifetime membership is a one-time purchase that grants you non-exclusive, non-transferable access to download all currently-published and future skills/apps in the catalog, for personal or internal business use only.

4. License

Unless an individual skill specifies a different license inside its package, you are granted a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable license to use the downloaded content. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly republish the content without prior written consent.

5. Payments and GST

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees. Goods & Services Tax (GST) is applied at the statutory rate. Payments are processed by Razorpay and subject to Razorpay's own terms.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Account and security

You are responsible for safeguarding the email address used to sign in. Anyone with access to that inbox can sign in via OTP. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from a compromised email account.

8. Service availability

We aim for high availability but make no uptime guarantee. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including but not limited to redistribution of content, fraudulent payment, or abuse of the Service.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your membership.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
