Lifetime membership
The DRS Skills lifetime membership is a digital product delivered immediately upon successful payment. As a one-time purchase that grants instant download access, it is generally non-refundable.
Exceptions — when we do refund
- Duplicate payment — if you were charged more than once for the same membership, we'll refund the duplicate within 7 working days.
- Failed delivery — if a technical issue on our side prevents you from downloading any skills for more than 72 hours after payment, and we cannot resolve it, we'll refund the full amount.
- Unauthorized transaction — if you can demonstrate (with reasonable evidence) that the payment was made without your authorization, we'll refund after verifying with Razorpay.
How to request a refund
Email support@example.com within 7 days of the payment date, including:
- The order ID (starts with
order_) or invoice number. - A short description of the issue.
We respond within 2 working days. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5–10 working days via Razorpay.
Cancellations
There is nothing to cancel — the lifetime membership has no recurring charges.
Chargebacks
Please reach out to us first before initiating a chargeback through your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved within a working day.
